Burning Fat Burning fat at home is you do not need to purchase a long term membership or expensive practice equipment. The following narrative begins with three toning exercises that target Butt Fat, Thigh Fat, and Belly Fat.

Outer Thigh Lift for butt fat - Lying on your right side with your hips and ankles in line with your shoulders, gradually lift your leg as high as possible, hold, then return to beginning position. Do 10 repetitions and then switch sides.

Inner Thigh Lift for Thigh Fat - Lie on your left side with your hips and ankles in line with your shoulders, and your right knee bent at a 90 degree angle. gradually lift your left leg as high as possible, hold, then return to beginning position. Do 10 repetitions and then switch sides

Abdominal Crunches for Belly Fat - Lying on your back with your knees bent and your hands behind your head, gradually curl your shoulders up putting your chin to your chest. Pause then gradually return to beginning position. Do 10 repetitions of these.
